Biscuit lemon dessert

Ingredients
plain biscuits
2 cups of milk for dipping
For the cream :
Two cups of sweetened condensed milk
Two cups of liquid cream
Juice of 4 lemons
spoon of lemon zest
big spoon of gelatin
To decorate :
coconut
lemon slices
How to prepare
In the whisk, beat the liquid cream until it becomes thick.
Then add the sweetened condensed milk with lemon zest and mix well.
Then dissolve the gelatin spoon with lemon juice and pour them over the mixture and stir a little until the ingredients are completely mixed.
Put the creamy mixture in the fridge for an hour, until it hardens and thickens.
After an hour, we prepare a Pyrex dish, then dip the biscuits in liquid milk and half it as a first layer.
Then we put a layer of cream, then a layer of biscuits, then a layer of cream, then we distribute lemon slices and coconut on the face.
Put the serving plate in the fridge until serving, then cut into squares and serve, healthy and here.
