Ingredients
For the biscuit layer:
Digestive biscuits: 250 grams
Butter: 100 grams (melted)
For the filling:
Orange: 2 tablets (cut into grooves without peel)
Ginger: a teaspoon
Cream cheese: a cup
Orange peel: 1 teaspoon (grated)
Sweetened condensed milk: two-thirds of the cup
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Orange juice: a tablespoon
Orange: 8 slices (or orange zest / for garnish)
How to prepare
For the biscuit layer: Grease the tart pans with butter, then put the biscuits in a food processor and grind until very smooth, then transfer to a bowl and pour the melted butter over it and stir until the ingredients are combined.
Spread the biscuit mixture on the tart molds and flatten their surface by pressing them slightly, then put them in the fridge.
For the filling: set the 8 orange slices aside and cut the rest into cubes.
In the whisk, whisk together the cream cheese, orange zest, and ginger until smooth.
Gradually add the condensed milk, orange juice and lemon while whisking and blend for 5 minutes until smooth.
Add the orange cubes, stirring, and then with a spoon, distribute the mixture in the tart pans.
Put the molds in the fridge overnight.
Garnish the surface of each piece with one of the orange grooves or orange zest (to taste).
