* Ingredients : 

°2 cups flour
°2 cups of sugar
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 medium can crushed pineapple, undrained
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared 13×9 pan and bake for 40 minutes.

°1 stick of butter
°1/2 cup white sugar
°2/3 cup evaporated milk
°1/2 cup brown sugar

Combine in a medium saucepan and cook for 5 minutes DO NOT BOIL.
Removing from heat & stir in:

°1 c coconut
°1 c pecans, chop

Pour the mixture over the hot cake. Once cooled, store the cake in the refrigerator.
