Ingredients

- Flour: 5 cups

- Warm water: half a cup

- Sugar: 2 teaspoons

- Oil: 3 tablespoons

- Salt: a teaspoon and three quarters of a spoon

- Butter: 3 tablespoons (melted)

- Milk: a cup (warm)

- Warm water : half a cup

- sugar: a teaspoon

- salt: one eighth of a teaspoon

- vegetable oil: a tablespoon

- yeast: two teaspoons and a quarter (active dry)

How to prepare

We combine the yeast, half a cup of water, the two teaspoons of sugar, the spoon, the three quarters of the sugar and the three tablespoons of oil, stir them well, and then leave them until the yeast foam is formed.

To the yeast mixture, add the butter, milk, oil and ¼ cup water.

Stir to form a dough, and add a tablespoon of water if it is dry.

Knead for 10 minutes to become elastic, then cover in a warm place for an hour.

Divide it into 10 pieces, and knead it by folding it over each other several times.

Cover the pieces with a plastic bag to double in size within 45 minutes.

Roll out each piece to a thickness of ⅛ inch, and transfer it to a greased oven tray.

We poke holes in the surface to prevent large bubbles, and transfer them to the center of the oven.

Bake at 370°C for 2-5 minutes, watching until puffed.

We take it out and leave it to become brittle when it cools.

Cover it so it doesn't get hard.
