Cookies and Gravy From Scratch

 





* Ingredients :

°1 pound sage pork breakfast sausage Highly recommend making your own
°3 tablespoons of butter
°1/4 cup flour
°3 c milk

*Instructions

For the best cookies and gravy from scratch:

1) In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until brown and crumbly. If there is excess oil, draining when keep a good tsp of sausage oil in pan.
2) Adding butter & stirring well to melted.
3) Sprinkling sausage with flour, stir & cook about  some min.
