Gluten-free burger bun


- Flour: 2 cups (gluten-free)

- Baking powder: a teaspoon

- Yeast: a teaspoon

- Salt: a teaspoon

- Sugar: a tablespoon

- Milk: a cup (warm liquid and dissolved in 50 g butter)

- Eggs: 1 piece

- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

Prepare a mixing bowl, add the following dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, sugar and stir.

Gradually add the warm liquid milk dissolved with the butter to the dry ingredients, then add the eggs and stir well until the ingredients are well combined.

Knead the ingredients for 5 minutes until you get a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and leave it to rise for an hour.

After the time has passed, knead the dough again and divide it into 4 sections, rotating each section of the dough.

Put the dough balls in an oven tray, brush the surface of the dough with vegetable oil and try to smooth it, and let the dough rest again.

Before baking, brush the surface of the dough with egg yolk with a little liquid milk.

Put the bread in a preheated oven on a high temperature on the middle rack of the oven, until it is cooked and slightly browned.
