Pasta shell With Ground Beef

 





*ingredients:

° 8 oz medium macaroni shells
°450 g (1 lb) lean ground beef
°625 ml (2 12 cups) tomato sauce with herbs
°15 ml (1 tsp) taco season
°375 ml (1 1/2 cups) shredded yellow cheddar cheese
*Preparation:

Preheat oven 190°C (375°F).
In  saucepan of boil salt water, cooking pasta to tender.
In other skillet, heat  olive oil on medium heat. Cook ground beef and onion for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring.
Add half of the tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and tomatoes, if desired. Salt, pepper and stir.
In a baking dish, pour the rest of the tomato sauce.
Fill the peel with the beef mixture, then place it in the baking dish. Put cheese on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Set the oven to "roast" mode and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
