"7 layers of salad"



+Chicken cup salad ingredients:

°12 ounces of bacon

°2 heads medium roman lettuce

°4 cooked chicken breasts

°4 boiled eggs

°1 large avocado slices

°2 c cherry tomatoes, cutting in half

°1 c red onion, sliced thinly

°1 c feta cheese

°4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

+Salad sauce cup:

°6 tbsp balsamic vinegar

°2 tbsp mustard

°2 garlic cloves pressed

°0.67 cups extra virgin olive oil

°Salt by taste

°Black pepper to taste


Step 1

Cut the fried bacon into a pan until brown and crispy, then transfer to a dish lined with a paper towel to cool. Cooking 2 boiled eggs, then peel also quarter. Cut dry Roman lettuce, rinse, rotate and arrange a dish. Arrange rest salad ingredients (chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese also bacon) in rows above salad also then sprinkle the finely parsley on the salad. 

Step 2

Transfer the ingredients of the sauce to the Mason jar and shake them. Sprinkle the salad immediately before serving or let the guests add the sauce as desired.
