Crockpot potato taco casserole



°1 lb. minced meat

°2 minced garlic cloves

°1 ounce package of taco seasoning

°10.5 ounce cheddar cheese soup

°4 cups of potatoes, cut into slices

°2 cups grated cheddar cheese

°1 cup beef broth


Brown the minced meat with garlic and filter

Place the potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart crock pot

Spread the minced meat evenly over the potatoes

Sprinkle taco seasoning over everything

Spoon soup evenly over top

Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of everything

Pour the broth evenly around the crock pot

Cover and cook over low heat for 4-5 hours or on high heat for 2-2.5 hours

If desired and using an oven-safe bowl, place in the oven on high for about 90 seconds to brown the cheese on top.

Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
