Easy chicken and rice soup



°1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

°1 large yellow onion finely cut

°3 Islands Medium Size Soft Clip

°1 celery leg cut into cubes

°1 garlic clove, chopped

°2 teaspoons. Italian spices

°1 teaspoon. Sea salt (you can skip if you want)

°1/4 teaspoon. Ground black pepper

°5 Low Sodium Chicken Broth Cups

°2 large chicken breasts

°1 cup white or brown rice

°1 cup evaporated milk


Fry onions, carrots and celery in vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until cooked, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the Italian garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken breasts, stock and rice and boil.

Lower heat to medium low, covering and simmer for 30 mn, stirring occasionally.

Remove the chicken breasts and chop before returning to the pot with the evaporated milk. Move to ensure everything is integrated and served.
