Loaded fries Shrimp x steak fries

 



Loaded fries are a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for a hearty meal or as a side dish. This recipe combines crispy steak fries with succulent shrimp, melted cheese, sour cream, green onions, for a truly indulgent experience. The combination of flavors and textures is sure to please any crowd. Serve this loaded fries as a main course or as a side dish to any meal.


Ingredients:


1 lb frozen steak fries

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Spread the frozen steak fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Bake the fries for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the fries from the oven and top them with the cooked shrimp, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and chopped bacon.

Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
