Texas sheet Cake



+ Cake:

°2 cups flour

°2 cups sugar

° 1/4 teaspoon salt

° 4 tbsp. Cocoa powder

° 2 Butter Stick

°1 cup boiling water

° 1/2 cup milk

° 2 Egg

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

+ Frost:

° 1/2 cup chopped pecan

° 1 3/4 stick butter

° 4 tbsp. Cocoa powder

°6 tbsp. Milk

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 4 Cups Sugar Powder

* How to make a Texas cake

In a bowl of size, mix flour, sugar also salt.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add cocoa powder.

Stir in the boiling water and let the mixture boil for 30 seconds before removing from the fire.

Pour over the flour mixture and move slightly.

In a small bowl, add milk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.

Pour the mixture into the chocolate/flour mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into the cookie sheet (use 18 × 13 to avoid spilling).

Bake the cake in a preheated oven, 350, for 19-21 minutes.

While baking the cake, make the frost by dissolving the butter in a saucepan.

Add the cocoa powder and stir until combined.

Remove from heat and add milk, vanilla and powdered sugar.

Add the pecans.

Pour the decorations over the warm cake once the cake is removed from the oven.

Let it sit for 30 minutes before cutting it into squares!
