Chicken Carbonara Spaghetti Pie is a delicious and comforting dish that combines creamy carbonara sauce with tender chicken and spaghetti in a pie form. Here’s a recipe that you can try:
Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cooked and crumbled beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, cooked beef, and the garlic-red pepper mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Layer the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the dish. Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the spaghetti, then top with the cooked chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
