Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake


Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake with 8 ingredients:


1 chocolate cake mix

1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix

3 large eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

1 cup sour cream

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup chocolate ganache


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, and sour cream until well combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.

In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate ganache until smooth and pourable. Pour the ganache over the cooled cake. Let the ganache set before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
