Ingredients:
3-4 tbs butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tbs orange zest
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbs baking powder
Directions:
In a bowl Add butter and sugar and beat it until its fluffy. Add egg on by one then beat it until its fluffy then 2 tbs orange zest and mix.
Add 1 cup all purpose flour in portion and mix then add 1 tbs baking powder and mix wellAdd 1/2 cup fresh orange juice and mix well.
Grease the pan with butter or oil. Pour the mixture and bake it for 40-45 minutes on 180. Serve it!!
