DUTCH APPLE BREAD


 Ingredients


+Bread:

°1/2 cup butter

°1 cup of sugar

°1/2 cup of milk

°2 eggs

°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°2 cups all-purpose flour

°1/2 teaspoon of salt

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°2 cups green apples (diced and peeled)

+Accompaniement:

°1/2 cup flour

°1/4 cup brown sugar

°1/4 cup sugar

°1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

°1/4 cup butter (cubed and cold)


*Instructions


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare a bread ban with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.

Use a stand mixer or hand mixer to cream together the butter and sugar for the bread. Add milk and egg, then vanilla. Keeping mixing until everything is well mixed.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add this to your wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the diced and peeled green apples.

For the filling, add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl. With clean hands, use your fingertips to pinch and mix until your filling is crumbly.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
