Kickass Chinese Chicken Drumsticks


Here’s the recipe for Kickass Chinese Chicken Drumsticks:


5 lbs chicken drumsticks

2 tbsp dried sage

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/2 cup soy sauce

3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp black pepper

2 cups brown sugar


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together sage, dry mustard, black pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Rub the mixture over the chicken drumsticks, making sure they are fully coated.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish or roasting pan.

Sprinkle brown sugar over the chicken drumsticks, making sure to cover each one.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
