Sandwich with Egg Salad

 



*Ingredients:


°8 eggs


°½ cup mayonnaise


°¼ cup chopped green onion


°1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard


°¼ teaspoon paprika


°salt and pepper to taste


*Instructions:


Step 1: Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to boil and immediately removing from heat. Cover and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, let cool, peel and chop.


Step 2: placing eggs in a bowl; stirring in mayonnaise, green onion & mustard. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Stirring and serving on your favourite bread or crackers.
