Baklava with walnut


 

*ingredients :


+To preparing dough:

°800g (6 c) flour

°2 eggs

°2 g (half a teaspoon) of salt

°30ml (4 tbsp) oil

°15 ml (2 tablespoons) of vinegar

°250 ml (1 cup) of water

+To take a drink :

°300 ml (1 1/4 cups) water

°300g (1 12 cups) sugar

°50 ml (1/5 cup) lemon juice

+filling:

°300 grams of walnuts

°500g (2 cups) butter


*PREPARATION:


Place the flour, eggs, salt, oil, vinegar and water in a mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Dough divided into 12 parts. Let stand 15 minutes.

Rolling out dough with rolling pin. The layered dough is placed in an oiled frying pan.

Cover each layer with melted butter. When you have laid out half of the layers, sprinkle with walnuts. Continue arranging the layers until the end, then cut the cake into cubes. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 60 minutes.

Preparing syrup of sugar, water also lemon juice. Pour over the cake, then serve.
