Making these cookies from scratch is much easier than you think. All it takes are seven simple ingredients and a little bit of grease — just a little bit!

*ingredients

°2 cups of all-purpose flour

°1 tablespoon baking powder

°1 teaspoon of salt

°1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces

°3/4 cup of milk

*How to make butter cookies

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Make a hole in the center of the mixture and pour the curd. Stir until the dough holds together.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently a few times. Roll out the dough into a 1-inch-thick rectangle. Using a 2-inch cookie cutter, cut out as many cookies as you can and place them on a baking sheet. Gather the scraps and fold again, cutting out extra biscuits until all of the dough is used.

Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Her feet are warm. Enjoy !
