 CHOCOLATE FILLED SPONGE CAKE πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

3 eggs

100 g sugar (1/2 cup)

100 g butter (at room temperature)

150 ml milk (warm)

260 g flour (2 cups)

12 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)

220 g chocolate couverture

Preparation:

1. In a bowl place the eggs, sugar and butter, then mix well.

2. Add the milk and mix, then add the plain flour a few at a time and the baking powder. Mix well.

3. In a mold 22 x 12 cm with baking paper on the base, pour half of the dough.

4. Pour 100 g of chocolate coating.

5. Then the rest of the dough and 100 grams more of the chocolate couverture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 35 minutes.

6. While it is still warm, run a spatula around the edges, then unmold.
