Pecan pie cobbler



•1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

•2 teaspoons baking powder

•1/2 teaspoon salt

•1 cup milk

•1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

•1 cup granulated sugar

•1 t vanilla extract

•2 cups pecan halves

•1 c light corn syrup

•3 eggs


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Greased a 9*13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisking flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melt butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth. Pour batter to prepared baking dish.

In separate bowl, whisking rest 1/2 cup sugar, corn syrup, and eggs. Stirring in pecan halve.

Pour pecan mix on batter in the baking dish.

Bake for 45 min. Serving warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
