Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

*ingredients:


°1 package fire pit filler mix (or more if desired)

°1 chicken, cooked & shredded

°1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth

°Half a cup of butter

°3 celery stalks, cut into cubes

°1 onion cut into cubes

°1 can cream of chicken

°½ can of cream of mushroom soup

°8 ounces of sour cream

°Salt and pepper to taste


*How to Make:


Preheat oven to 350* and lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking sheet with cooking spray.

Bring water (or chicken broth) to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the stuffing mix once the liquid comes to a boil.


Remove the pan from the heat, cover and set aside. Stir with a fork when done.


In a skillet, heat the butter, add the onions and celery, and cook the ingredients until soft

Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl

Place the shredded chicken in the bottom of the baking dish and place the onions and celery over the meat.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Cover the onion and celery with the soup mix

Put the stuffing mixture on it

Bake for an hour, until bubbling and browning.
