Baked Potato Salad


++ Tips for make baked potato salad:

Wait at least 15 minutes for the apple cider vinegar to soak into the hot potatoes. The hotter potatoes, the faster vinegar will be absorbed.Don't bypass this step, it provides a pleasing contact to the salad.

Don't need the entire residence to odor like bacon? Bake yours instead.

Once the potatoes are carried out cooking, location the bacon on a covered baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15 mins or till crispy.

If you prefer the taste of a real baked potato, feel free to substitute green onions for the chives.

Pour yogurt for sour cream.I use herbal bitter cream on this recipe, however if you are trying to reduce calories, replacement nonfat Greek yogurt for this introduced flavor.


°8 medium sized sweet potatoes

°1 cup sour cream

°1/2 cup mayonnaise

°1 pack cooked & crumbled bacon

°1 small onion, chop

°Chives to taste

°1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

°Salt and pepper to taste

*How to make roasted potato salad

Wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Covering with water and boil to tender, about 20-25 mn. Drain potatoes also let them cool. Once cool, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Adding onions, chives, also cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese and bacon and serve.
