Mississippi Mud Potatoes Delight

Ingredients:

6 cups of cubed potatoes

1 pound bacon, crisped and crumbled

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mayonnaise

Salt and pepper, as per preference

Directions:

Set your oven to warm up to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, amalgamate the potatoes, bacon, cheese, mayo, salt, and pepper.

Transfer this mix into a 9x13 inch baking dish, previously greased.

Securely cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes.

Post this, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, until you observe the potatoes softening and the cheese showcasing a bubbly golden hue.

Serving Tip: Allow it to cool for a few minutes. For an added splash of color and flavor, sprinkle with freshly chopped green onions.

Serve this heartwarming dish amidst laughter, stories, and cherished company!
