Beef fillet with chocolate sauce

 


 ingredients


Red pepper: 2 tablets (separated by seeds and cut into thin pieces, the sauce ingredients)

Meat broth: 100 milliliters (sauce amounts)

Red vinegar: 25 milliliters (sauce amounts)

Butter: 50gm (sauce amounts)

Black chocolate: 100 grams (cut into squares, sauce ingredients)

Salt: To taste (amounts of the sauce)

Black pepper: To taste (sauce ingredients)

Oil: plentiful (for frying, ingredients for potato chips)

Sweet potato: 4 grains (cut into longitudinal pieces using the peeler, ingredients for the potato chips)

Beef fillet: 800 gm (amounts of beef fillet)

Salt: to taste (amounts of beef fillet)

Black pepper: to taste (amounts of beef fillet)

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (amounts of beef fillet)

Figs: 4 grains (for serving (optional), amounts of beef fillet)


How to prepare


1. To prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, boil each of the red pepper, broth and vinegar, until the liquid is reduced to half. Then, add the butter, while stirring this mixture. Mix this mixture with the chocolate until melted, and spread salt and pepper.

2. To prepare the potatoes: Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, and fry the potato pieces until crispy. Then, dry it on absorbent paper.

3. To prepare the beef fillet: Season the fillet with salt and pepper, rub with oil using a brush, and grill until brown on its sides. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.

4. To serve: Cut the fillet into 4 pieces, each served with sweet fried potatoes, chocolate sauce and fresh figs.
