Chicken liver with pomegranate molasses



Chicken liver: 500 grams (diced)

Pomegranate molasses: 2 tbsp

Onions: 1 piece (medium size, chopped)

Coriander: 1/4 cup (chopped)

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

- Salt, to taste

- Black pepper to taste

How to prepare

1- In a frying pan over a medium heat, put the olive oil, add the liver and stir until it is done.

2- When the liver turns dark, add the onion, garlic, pomegranate molasses and two tablespoons of water.

3- Season with salt and black pepper.

4- Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, until the ingredients overlap.

5- When the liver is done, place it on a plate, then decorate with chopped coriander.
