Easy and fluffy starch cake



Eggs: 4 pieces
Sugar: one and a half cups
Starch: 1 cup (cornflower)
Oil: 1 cup (or butter)
Flour: 2 cups
Orange juice: one and a half cups
Salt: pinch
Orange zest: 1 piece
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: A teaspoon and a half

How to prepare

    Sift the flour into a bowl, add starch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, stir well and set aside.
    Put the eggs in a bowl with vanilla and mix well, then add sugar and beat until well mixed and the color of the mixture becomes white.
    Add the orange zest and mix, then add the oil and mix until the ingredients are mixed.
    Add orange juice and whisk then add flour and starch mixture gradually while continuing to whisk until completely mixed.
    Grease a cake pan with butter, sprinkle it with flour, then pour the cake mixture into it.
    Put the pan in the oven at 180 for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the cake in it for about 10 minutes.
    Take out the cake and cut it and let it cool down and serve.
