Healthy honey oat balls


Oats: 2 1/2 cups (roasted)

Honey: 1 cup

Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon

Butter: 50gm (melted)

Dates: 1/4 cup (dough)

How to prepare

In a blender, put 2 cups of oats, peaches, honey, cinnamon, date paste and butter and mash them well, then form small balls with your hands.

In a bowl, place the remaining oats and roll the balls in it so that they are covered, then place them on a tray of parchment paper.

Put the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it cures, then serve.
