Red cabbage salad

 

 Ingredients


Red cabbage: head (thinly sliced)


Parsley: 12 cup (chopped)


Olive oil: a tablespoon


Carrots: 2 tablets (grated)


Vinegar: a tablespoon


Salt: pinch


Black pepper: a pinch



How to prepare



     Bring a deep bowl, and mix together the red cabbage and carrots.


     In another bowl, mix salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.


     Add the seasoning mixture to the cabbage and carrots and stir the salad well.


     Sprinkle parsley on the salad and serve.
