Soufflé without an oven is one of the quick sweets that is prepared with delicious ingredients that are butter, chocolate, sugar and eggs, and this recipe does not need an oven and is ready in just ten minutes.

    125g butter

    1 dark chocolate bar

    Cup flour

    2 eggs

    3 tablespoons sugar

    1 vanilla packet

    Pinch of salt

    Chocolate pieces or Nutella

How to prepare

    Put the butter in a bowl, brush it, then add the dark chocolate and stir until it is mixed together.

    Add the flour and stir well until the flour in the mixture disappears, then turn off the heat.

    Put in a bowl both eggs and sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture is white, then add vanilla and a pinch of salt and beat.

    Add the chocolate mixture and mix until the ingredients are completely mixed.

    Spread the mixture on serving cups, filling half of them, then put a piece of chocolate or a spoonful of Nutella in each of them.

    We put the cups in a bowl and fill it with hot water so that it reaches half of the cups.

    Put the pot on a high heat until the water boils, then cover it with a clean cloth and the lid of the pot, and leave the souffle on medium heat for about ten minutes until it becomes soft.

    Then we turn off the heat so that the souffle cups are ready to be served.
