    4 eggs

    4 tablespoons grated cheese

    2 tablespoons sliced ​​green olives

    2 tablespoons sliced ​​black olives

    ½ 1 teaspoon salt

How to prepare

    Put olive oil in a frying pan, add onions, and stir until wilted.

    Add the carrots and stir for a few minutes, then add the red and green peppers, stir the vegetables for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cheese, slices of olives, salt and stir well.

    Add the vegetables and stir the ingredients until they are well mixed with each other.

    Grease the cupcake pan with oil and spread the mixture over it, then heat the oven at 180 degrees and bake the pieces for about 20 minutes.
