Orange biscuit

    ½ cup sugar

    Drizzle 1 orange

    2 eggs

    ½ cup orange juice

    ½ cup of oil

    2 tablespoons of tahini

    4 cups flour

    1 envelope of baking powder

    1 vanilla packet

    Icing sugar for garnishing

How to prepare

    In a bowl, put both sugar and orange zest and stir well until mixed together.

    Add eggs, orange juice, oil and tahini and stir the ingredients well.

    Add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix until a soft, non-stick dough is formed.

    We put parchment paper on an oven tray, form discs from the dough, cover them with powdered sugar, and arrange them in a baking tray.

    We put the tray in the oven at 175 heat for half an hour, until it is cooked and becomes golden.

    Take the biscuit out of the oven and let it cool down so that it is ready to serve.
