Delicious yogurt cake without eggs


 

the ingredients

To grease the Chinese:


Butter - a tablespoon


Flour - as needed


To prepare the cake:


Flour - a cup and a half


Baking powder - 2 teaspoons


Salt - three quarters of a teaspoon


sugar - cup


Grated lemon peel - 1 tablespoon


Soft Yogurt - Three quarters of a cup


Vegetable oil - half a cup


Apple sauce - half a cup


Vanilla extract - half a teaspoon


The method of work

1- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an oven tray with butter and flour.

2- In a bowl, place the flour, baking powder and salt. Add grated lemon peel and sugar. Mix the ingredients until they are combined.

3- Add the yogurt, vegetable oil, apple sauce and vanilla extract. Mix the mixture until you get a soft dough.

4- Pour the dough into the oven tray. Put it in the oven for 50-55 minutes, until the cake is done.

5- Remove the tray from the oven and leave it aside until the cake has cooled to room temperature.

6- Invert the cake onto a serving plate. A health!
