- Milk: a cup

- Flour: a quarter of a cup

- Water: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

Melt half the amount of butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, stir the meat in it until cooked, and remove from the saucepan.

Put the rest of the butter in the same pot, add the onion and stir until it wilts. Add the celery and carrots, and stir until the vegetables soften.

Add potato cubes and season with basil, black pepper and salt.

Return the minced meat to the pot and stir the ingredients until they overlap, then add the chicken broth and milk, and stir.

Cover the pot and let the mixture boil for about 10 minutes over medium heat, then add the sour cream and cheese and stir until the cheese melts completely.

In a small bowl, dissolve the flour with water, then pour the mixture into the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over the heat until it warms up a little, then remove the saucepan from the heat.

Pour the soup into serving plates and garnish with cheddar cheese and burger bread.
