- Meat broth: 2 cups

- Flour: half a cup

- Mushrooms: a cup (chopped slices)

Green onions: half a cup (chopped)

Butter: half a cup

How to prepare

1. Mix the flour with the broth in a saucepan over the fire until it dissolves.

2. Add mushrooms, green onions and butter and stir until the sauce thickens and turns golden.

3. You can eat mushroom sauce with meat or chicken and even pasta, as desired.
