Pasta with chicken and broccoli


 

Ingredients

- Pasta: 500 grams

- Broccoli: head (floral separated)

- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

- Chicken breast: 3 breasts

- Salt: a teaspoon

- Black pepper: half a teaspoon

- Butter: 2 tablespoons

- Flour: 2 tablespoons

- Chicken broth: three quarters of a cup

- Milk: three quarters of a cup

- Cooking cream: a quarter of a cup

- Garlic: two cloves (crushed)

- Parmesan cheese: a quarter cup

How to prepare

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.

In a frying pan, heat the oil over a medium heat and cook the chicken on each side until cooked through.
