- Flour: 2 cups

- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

- Baking powder: a tablespoon

- Butter: a cup (soft)

- Yogurt: a cup

- Sugar: a cup and a half

- Eggs: 2 tablets

- Vanilla: a tablespoon

- Brown sugar: half a cup

Walnut: a cup (coarsely chopped)

Cinnamon: a teaspoon (ground)

Butter: 2 tablespoons (melted)

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

2. Prepare a cake pan by greasing it with butter and a sprinkle of flour.

3. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

4. Beat butter, yoghurt and sugar in an electric mixer.

5. Add eggs and vanilla and beat.

6. Add the flour mixture and beat until the ingredients are combined.

7. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray.

8. Mix brown sugar, chopped walnuts and cinnamon in a bowl.

9. Add the butter and stir until the mixture looks like crumbs.

10. Pour the mixture over the cake and put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cake is done.

11. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool for 10 minutes, then cut it and serve it warm or cold.
