- Flour: 2 cups

- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

- Baking soda: half a teaspoon

- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

- Vegetable oil: half a cup

- Eggs: 4 grains

- Vanilla: a tablespoon

- Milk: a cup (liquid)

- Sugar : Glass

How to prepare

In a bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes, until the mixture has lightened in color.

Add the oil, milk and sugar and mix well until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.

Add the flour and baking powder and beat until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan greased with oil or butter.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until it is cooked for 45 minutes, leave to cool, then cut and serve with fruits or a sprinkle of powdered sugar as desired.
