°1 very ripe banana (approx. 100)

°100g Flour

°1 egg

°80g Brown sugar

°75g Soft butter

°0.5 tbsp. Yeast

*Preparation steps

Mixing peeled banana & cut into pieces with sugar and egg.

Add the melted and warmed butter then the sifted flour with the baking powder.

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Cook for 15 min at 180°C (th. 6).
