*Ingredients:
°6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt and pepper to taste
*Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Laying baking tray with tin foil & placing baking rack on top.
Dry the chicken skin with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Put the chicken in olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.
Place on rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roast 2-3 minutes.
