*Ingredients:
° 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
°2 tablespoons of olive oil
°2-3 t chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt / pepper to taste
*Methods:
Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Lay a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on it.
Pat the chicken skin dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Put the chicken in the olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.
Place on a rack and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or to temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F .
Roast 2-3 minutes.
