Arizona Sunshine Lemon Pie!!!

 



*ingredients :


+For pie:

° 1 lemon

° 4 eggs

° Half a cup of melted butter

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla

° 1½ cups of sugar

° 1 pie crust (9 inches) unbaked (you can use a glazed deep dish if desired)


+For first place: (optional)

° 1 cup whipped cream

° 2 tablespoons of sugar


*Prepare :


1. Take pie crust out of the freezer You can use frozen pie crust, which will work just fine. You just have to put it on a muffin pan because a metal pan is not that strong, but if you are using a glass pan you don't need to do this.

2. Then immediately preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Next you need to wash lemons, then cut also remove all the seeds (don't peel them, you'll blending whole lemon!) and be sure to put them in a powerful blender (like a vitamix).

4. Adding eggs, butter, vanilla also sugar & mix until smooth. It's best to start at strength 5 and then move up to strength 10.

5. In your pie, pour the dough and bake until set, about 40 minutes.

6. Once set, allow to cool then refrigerate.

7. Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 20 minutes. Add whipped cream and sugar. whip to the tops.

8. Cut the pie into slices and serve chilled with a little whipped cream on top. You can even eat it hot (it will be less strong) or at room temperature, but especially cold.
