HOW TO MAKE CRAB AND SHRIMP SEAFOOD BISQUE ?

*Ingredients list:


°4 tablespoons of soft butter.


°A quarter cup of chopped celery.


°Chopped medium green onion.


°1½ cups heavy whipping cream.


°2 cups of full fat milk.


°3 tablespoons of flour


°1 tablespoon of tomato paste


°cooked shrimp cut into pieces; I used an 8 oz.


°crab meat; I used an 8 oz.


°1 teaspoon of Old Bay spices.


°Salt and pepper to season.


* Methods : 


Step 1


On the stovetop, gently simmer the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Then put the scallions and celery in the pan and cook them over medium heat until they soften. After stirring in the flour, continue to stir the mixture for another minute.


Step 2


Heat the milk in the microwave for a few seconds before pouring it into the saucepan. Mix well until all lumps are gone.


Step 3


Combine the heavy whipping cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl using a whisk.


Step 4


Bring the mixture to a simmer and continue to cook until the biscuits reach the desired consistency. Mix in the crab meat and shrimp and then continue to cook until everything is hot. Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley on top.
