Fudgy Chocolate Bundt Cake:


1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup hot water

Powdered sugar for dusting


Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch bundt cake pan with cooking spray and set it aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gradually pour in the hot water and stir until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth out the top.

Bake the cake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar before serving.
