How to Use Baking Soda to Get Rid of Belly, Arm, Thigh and Back Fat

When we don't focus on our diet, we tend to gain more weight than our body can handle. Scientists say we simply gain weight when we can't burn more calories than we eat. And once you upset this balance, you may have to see serious consequences. In such cases, fat can accumulate anywhere in your body, including your back and arms.

Fat deposition in our arms is due to general weight gain in our body. Our arms are often the last piece of weight gain. This is because they contain fewer fat cells. Fat is stored in these cells when there is no other part of the body. When fat accumulates in the arms, they usually become flabby.

°Half a cup of unsalted butter

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, cinnamon, 1/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, pudding powder, oil, water and 1/2 cup white wine. Mix until well blended, but do not over mix.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a butter knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.

The second you take the cake out of the oven, prepare the frosting. Add the butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup white wine to a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves.

Using a fork, poke holes all over the cake, then pour the butter mixture all over the cake.

Loosen the sides and center of the cake with a knife, then invert the cake onto a large serving platter. Enjoy the heat !
