Hey... Football season is just around the corner, and if you're anything like me, you're already trying to come up with new tasty game-day snack ideas. I know I'm a little ahead of the game, but you score when you're ready! You see that football reference right there? 🙂

You all know I prefer recipes that are easy and full of flavour. Recipes that only take a few minutes to put together are favorites. This berry cream cheese dip is so simple yet so delicious that I know I'll be making it again and again.

Many things go well with fruit dip. I love the soft pretzels dipped in raspberry cream cheese and fresh apple slices adding a nice crunch. Here are some ideas you can use to create a fancy candy bar that's perfect for snacking this football season.


°2 cups of cranberry jam

°2 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

°1 cup of creamy mayonnaise

°1 cup green onion, cut into cubes

°1 cup of pecans, cut into cubes

°2 packages Ritz biscuits (for serving)

°Salt and freshly ground black pepper to your choice

*Directions :

1. In bowl, mix together the cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, and pecans. season. Place it in a baking dish of your choice.

2. Spread the raspberry jam over the dip.

3. Cover the fridge and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour.

4.Serve sauce alongside Ritz crackers
