Starbucks Lemon loaf

  This is a Top Secret recipe version of Starbucks Lemon loaf 


Starbucks Lemon Loaf

° 1 1/2 cups flour

° 1/2 teaspoon (r) baking soda

° 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 3 eggs

° 1 cup sugar

° 2 tablespoon(s) butter. relaxed.

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 1 teaspoon lemon extract

° 1/3 cup lemon juice

° 1/2 cup oil

lemon snow

° 1 cup of powdered sugar; Plus 1 tbsp.

° 2 tsp (m) whole milk; I utilize 2%.

° 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions :

Blend flour / soda baking / baking powder / & salt in bowl.

Use a mixer to mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl.

Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.

Add oil and mix well.

Pour mixture into a well-greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Make the lemon cream by blending all the garnishing ingredients in a small bowl with an electric mixer on low speed.

When the loaf has cooled, remove it from the pan and stick its surface with ice.

Allow the icing to harden before slicing
