Apple Fritters

 



ingredients :


+ Pancakes



1 cup all-purpose flour


1/4 cup of sugar


3/4 teaspoon salt


1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon cinnamon


1/3 cup of milk


1 egg


1 cup chopped apple


+ glaze:


2 cups of powdered sugar


1 1/2 tablespoons of milk


Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in milk and eggs until combined.


Fold the apple. Pour the oil into a frying pan so that it is about 1 1/2 deep. High temperature oil.


The oil is ready when dough floats on top. Carefully add the dough to the oil in a heap of teaspoons. Cooking to browned, about 2 min & flip.


Cooking again for 1min or , browning on both sides. Briefly transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil, then transfer to a cooling rack.


Make glaze by stirring the milk and powdered sugar together in a small bowl.


Sprinkle on apple pies. Wait about 3 minutes for the glaze to set, then flip the pancakes and drizzle the glaze on the other side.
